Henschke家族在澳洲釀酒歷史非常久遠，是南澳最早成立的酒莊之一，葡萄園中有極為少見的百年Shiraz老藤，自1860年代所栽種保存下來，更是躲過葡萄根瘤蚜蟲侵襲的寶貴樹株，留傳Shiraz原始DNA的豐富滋味；Hill of Grace這支酒在1956年就由當時的莊主Cyril Henschke釀造出來，但直到1978年Henschke家族第五代Stephen Henschke繼承後，大規模整頓Hill of Grace的葡萄園及釀酒設備，更使用『自然動力法』，才讓『恩寵山』這個名字登上世界舞台，與Penfolds Grange齊名，還是業內熟知的『澳洲五大』之一！
澳洲大酒商Langtons給予的葡萄酒評鑑指標中共分五級，『恩寵山』獲得最高的『Exceptional』等級，而且全澳洲只有十幾款酒獲得這個殊榮！如果說法國波爾多值得投資的是五大酒莊，那麼這支Hill of Grace便是澳洲葡萄酒收藏家的不二選擇，更名列英國Decanter雜誌評比『今生必喝100支酒』（100 Wines to Try before you Die），酒莊同時獲得澳洲葡萄酒大師James Halliday給予最高榮譽的『紅色五顆星』評價。
這款Euphonium『低音號』來自Henschke酒莊中，來自早期便擁有，位於Eden Valley中的古老Keyneton莊園，也是相當知名的優良地塊，因為Keyneton當時也是早期移民的音樂與文化中心，而且Henschke酒莊自己也有黃銅管樂團，低音號這大型的風管樂器更是樂團領導人的拿手樂器，這款酒名因此誕生，現在這把低音號還留存在Henschke家族中，受到世代的照顧保養。

A 70/18/12% blend of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and merlot. Strong crimson-purple; a richly robed and structured blend, with an array of black fruits, plum, spice and a dash of dark chocolate; the oak and tannin contributions are both important, pivotal to the texture, structure and longevity of the wine.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Keyneton Euphonium is a blend of 70% Shiraz, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot that reveals lovely, crushed blueberry and warm blackberry notes fused with hints of black currant cordial, vanilla, dried Provencal herbs and mint. Medium to full-bodied, it has a concentrated and muscular core supported by a crisp acid line and a firm backbone of grainy tannins throughout the long finish.

Tasted twice.Vibrant colour leads to a complex, deep dark earthy red and black fruit, in the back ground floral, tapenade, dried herbs and finely woven dark chocolate, oak and toast. The fresh fruited palate has a mouth filling flavour with medium bodied structure and acid length with fine tannins and bright black currant and mulberry fruits.Very drinkable on release with abundant flavour,fine smooth tannins and a chalky finish.
The mere mention of the name Henschke sends shivers of excitement down the spines of many wine enthusiasts. They are know for top quality wines, and this one from a great vintage is top notch. Smells of cassis, plums, black olives and toastiness rise up to tempt the senses, whilst the palate is elegant and medium-bodied, with a plummy heart, fine-grained tannins, and a dry, smooth, lingering finish. Lovely stuff!
Deep crimson in colour. An intense nose of ripe mulberry, plum, blue and black berry fruits and anise gives way to underlying floral violet notes and hints of cassis, sage and pepper spice. The beautifully balanced palate shows layers of sweet, concentrated fruit and texture, with fine-grained tannins for a long and elegant finish.
One of Australia's true great wine treasures, Henschke produce a range of wines that are the envy of most. Keyneton Estate is often the first premium wine from this most famous of producers that people try. As such, the attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship of this wine is a testament to the vision and passion of Stephen and Prue Henschke.
