The NV Brut Premier is a pretty, perfumed offering redolent of pears, greens apples and flowers. This medium-bodied, refined NV Champagne offers excellent length and a crisp, refreshing finish with notes of sweetness that linger on the close. The Brut Premier is unique among the estates wines in that it contains 20% Pinot Meunier in addition to the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Roughly 30-40% of this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
