美國美尼斯家族從1938年經營至今已經四代，以生產價格合宜，優質均衡的葡萄酒出名，在美國擁有許多忠心愛好者，釀造出來的酒款都有精巧細柔的特質，這支Viognier白酒是著名的法國北隆河品種，有芬芳的辛花香與甜美果味，完全不使用橡木桶陳年，保有清脆新鮮的果香，富含水梨以及杏桃香氣，帶有一些蜂蠟氣息，口感非常飽滿，均衡酸度讓整支酒非常耐喝。
Winemaking Notes
The majority of fruit came from our own Estate Vineyards and averaged 26.4 Brix at harvest. The juice was cold fermented in Stainless Steel to retain the unique fruit characteristics of Viognier.
The 2015 McManis Family Vineyards Viognier is light straw in color. Pear and Peach are the predominant scents. However, more subtle notes of flint and honey can also be detected. The wine is viscous and full in the mouth, with good balancing acidity. The most evident flavor is that of Pear, which is joined by Peach in the soft smooth finish.
